Flow Recovery Lounge is Dublin's newest, state-of-the-art, sports recovery venue. Located in Park West Industrial Park, Dublin 12.
Flow offers high quality state of the art equipment, products and techniques to improve and speed up the body’s natural recovery process, catering for all athletes and those simply looking to improve their body and mind.

Before Flow had opened their doors they approached me to design a logo for them. They were looking to appeal to a broad range of sports, fitness & wellness enthusiasts alike. They wanted a symbol to represent their company that signified balance, a sense of soothing & flow.

We came to the final design which partially resembles a Yin Yang symbol to reinforce the idea of wellness. The client had asked for this symbol to be incorporated into the finished design. The 'flowy' nature of the logo & the colour palette allude to the idea of Flow's biggest feature;

The bold & heavy aesthetic of the word ‘flow’ is a vast contrast above the custom typeface below. The client wanted a typeface that was different, unique and keeping in tone with the ‘flowy’ nature of the brand.
We achieved this by creating Flow’s own custom typeface that they now use across all media, print & online.
